How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase? Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. An active subscription also follows your account across devices when you sign in.
How do I export or delete my data? In the app: Settings → Export My Data, and Settings → Delete Account for a full wipe.
Does the focus feature need Screen Time? Yes — blocking distracting apps uses Apple's Screen Time permission, which you grant during onboarding (and can change in iOS Settings).
